Experience the grandeur of the Victorian era at
the historic Payne Mansion in San Francisco.
Originally a magnificent family home, the Payne
Mansion was built by Theodore and Pauline
Payne. These California gold rush millionaires
designed the mansion in 1881 to entertain
their wealthy guests from around the globe.

More than a century later, it was acquired
by the San Francisco Medical Society, and
in 2006, purchased and renovated by the
Simayof family. Today, it is listed in the
prestigious National Register of Historic Places
and was recently featured in Martha Stewart
Weddings (Winter Issue, 2000).
